Access to the requested document is restricted to T11 member organizations by the terms of the INCITS Policy on Document Access as defined in section 2.1 of the RD-1. This is achieved by requiring FTP access with a username & password - see here if you are having problems with this type of access.

If you do NOT have membership in T11, the published version of this document can be purchased from the ANSI eStandards store - either as a PDF which can be downloaded or as a paper copy. The best way of finding the standard in the store is to use the acronym for the standard (T11 document numbers are not known on the site).
