The draft agenda (09-253v1) was posted on 5/15/2009, over two weeks prior to the June 4th T11 Plenary meeting. The agenda indicates that an action forwarding the FC-BB-6 Project Proposal to INCITS would take place at the T11 Plenary. The document date was erroneously specified as June 4, 2009 instead of May 15, 2009. The meta-data from the 09-253v1 posting shows that the revision date for the draft agenda (09-253v1) to be May 15, 2009. Hopefully this is sufficient to show that the draft agenda meets the two week rule for the forwarding of the FC-BB-6 project proposal to INCITS. Thanks very much for your assistance in this matter.
