This revision of the T11 IP and anti-trust templates simplifies the IP content of the minutes significantly by creating a document containing all the patent disclosures and the policy reference links that can be referred to within the minutes.  It makes other minor improvements and updates out-of-date links.

The templates provide common information for TC and TG meeting minutes, meeting electronic distributions, and a summary reference document.  Text files are used for documents that go into minutes so that they can easily be copied into word or frame documents.  PDF files or html files are used for documents that go into meeting disks.   A notice will be sent out indicating when the updated file is ready.

FOR MINUTES AND AGENDAS OF TASK GROUPS:

a)  Membership rules for TG minutes:  Membership for agendas and minutes

Contains text of membership rules paragraph for minutes and proposed agenda structure

b)  Anti-trust for TG minutes:  Anti-trust for TG minutes.txt

Contains text of anti-trust announcement to be stated and placed in minutes.

c)  IP notice for TG minutes:  IP for TG minutes.txt

Contains text of IP notice to be stated during agenda and placed in minutes.

FOR MEETING DISKS OF TASK GROUPS:

a)  Up-to-date membership information page:  Membership information

Updates the T11 membership information for the meeting disk.  The links lead to INCITS latest information.

The document must be available on the meeting disk.

b)  Up-to-date anti-trust policy from INCITS:  inatrust.pdf

Contains latest revision of document referenced in text as http://www.incits.org/inatrust.htm. 

This document must be accessible on the meeting disk.

c)  Reference document T11/05-385v0:   IP Reference Document (T11/05-385v0)

Contains all the Internet links appropriate to the IP sections of the minutes.  It also contains all the recent patent disclosures.  As time goes on, the patent disclosures from before our era of electronic access will also be included.  This document should be included in
