In particular we discussed the addition of the LLC-SNAP information in the BBW header and the detail added to LAPB based selective retransmission protocol. Everyone took the action to review and provide comments in time for the March Adhoc. Lucent expressed some concern regarding the addition of LLC-SNAP. Lucent and CNT will discuss and resolve offline. Lucent indicated that they will be becoming more involved with the FC-BB projects and will attempt to provide input regarding the SONET sections by the March adhoc. If they cannot provide comments in time for the March adhoc, then comments will be presented in April. Depending on the amount of SONET work remaining, the group will decide on the next course of action. Possibilities include: 1) Addressing SONET comments and postponing letter ballot until June; 2) Make no changes to FC-BB SONET material and keep the April letter ballot milestone. Lucent also indicated that point to multi-point should be included in the BB2 project. Aside from SONET, the biggest work item remaining is BBW addressing. Proposals will be entertained during the March adhoc. Action Items 1) Update State Machine - (CNT) 2) Addressing of BBWs (ALL) 3) Provide SONET Comments (Lucent) 4) Discuss LLC-SNAP (Lucent and CNT) 5) Provide General Comments for FC-BB Rev 4.4 (use format comment template) 6) BB2 SD3 for April (Brocade, SanCastle) Next Meeting Tuesday 3/7/00 at 2PM-5PM (tentative times).
